§ 410-43. Watchmen Required.

  • Any railroad company whose tracks intersect Winton Road or Mitchell Avenue shall station and keep a watchman at all times at each such intersection. No railroad corporation, and no officer, agent, superintendent, train master, transportation master, employee or servant of any such company, shall fail to comply with the provisions of this section.

    Each day's failure to maintain a watchman at any of the intersections herein designated, shall be deemed a separate offense.
