§ 410-1. Unauthorized Tracks Unlawful.

No railroad tracks shall be laid or maintained on, over or across any street, alley or other public ground within the city, without lawful authority therefor. The maintenance of any such railroad tracks without lawful authority therefor on, over or across any public street, alley or public ground is declared to be a public nuisance.
