§ 407-999-C. Violation of Section 407-65, 407-67, 407-69, 407-75, or 407-77.

Whoever violates any provision of Section 407-65, 407-67, 40769, 407-75, or 407-77, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $50.

Following a second conviction within three months after a prior conviction it shall be mandatory for the city treasurer to revoke the public vehicle license or licenses of the person so convicted.
