§ 407-139. Dimensions for Animal-Drawn Carriages.

Latest version.

No animal-drawn carriage shall be operated on the city streets with greater dimensions than:
(a)

Height, 13 feet, 6 inches.

(b)

Width, 8 feet, 0 inches.

(c)

Length, 48 feet, 0 inches, including horse, mule or other beast of burden.

Section 407-139 shall not apply to those carriages that have been granted permission to operate prior to the enactment of this section [June 23, 1982].
