§ 407-137. Litter Control for Animal-Drawn Carriages.

  • (a)

    Each animal, pulling an animal-drawn carriage, operating on the city streets shall be equipped with standard manure nets to catch and hold such manure until such time as the operator is able to place the manure in standard wire-tie plastic bags which he shall carry on each carriage.

    (b)

    Each animal-drawn carriage shall be equipped with such type and quantity of chemical product as required by the director which when poured upon animal urine will neutralize same and eliminate accumulative agents and odor.
