§ 306-63. Deductions for Wage Assignments to Public Agencies.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to deduct from the salary or wages of any city employees such amounts as may be authorized by court order or agreed to by such employees as an assignment of wages to any public agency together with an amount equal to one percent of such amounts as a charge for the service.

The director of finance is hereby further authorized to draw a warrant on the city treasurer in favor of the public agency designated in such order or assignment for the amounts deducted pursuant to such order or assignment.
