§ 306-64. Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.

The director of finance is hereby authorized to deduct from the salary or wages of any city employee such amounts as may be authorized and agreed to by such employee as a payment to Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.

The form of authorization and consent for deduction from salaries or wages of such employees shall be approved by the director of finance.

The director of finance is further authorized to draw a warrant on the city treasurer in favor of Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. in amounts equal to the total deductions made in accordance with this section.
