It shall be the policy, in regard to the building craft employees to freeze wages
until June 1, 1983, and then to reduce the base wage to 65 percent of the union contracted
wage, and such rate shall be adjusted to the biweekly rate. Beginning June 1, 1983,
city building craft employees shall be paid 50 percent of contracted union increases
until such 65 percent base wage rate is attained.
The term "building craft employees" shall mean employees whose salaries are set forth
in Division 3, Chapter 307 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
