"Vehicle and equipment services" means a facility for:
(a)

Vehicle and equipment sales and rental. See § 1401-01-V1.

(b)

Car wash. See § 1401-01-C.

(c)

Fuel sales. See § 1401-01-F13.

(d)

Vehicle repair. See § 1401-01-V3.

(e)

Automobile holding facility. See § 1401-01-A14.

(f)

Vehicle repair, heavy. See § 1401-01-V4.
