§ 1247-41. Implementation Schedule.

In order to provide a grace period during which employers may make these provisions necessary to comply with this chapter, no enforcement proceedings or penalties may be imposed or begun against employers except for violations occurring after the following dates:

(a)

For employers having more than 250 total employees at workplaces within Cincinnati, eight months following the effective date of this chapter;

(b)

For employers engaged in the business of construction or reconstruction, 13 months after the effective date of this chapter, regardless of the number of employees;

(c)

For employers having at least 25 and no more than 250 total employees at workplaces within Cincinnati, one year following the effective date of this chapter;

(d)

For employers having fewer than 25 total employees at workplaces in Cincinnati, 18 months after the effective date of this chapter.
