§ 1233-19. Application of Township, Village or City for Auxiliary Fire Protection.
Latest version.
Any township, village or city within the outside fire protection line which shall
desire auxiliary fire protection from the city of Cincinnati shall file its application
with the city manager. The application shall be accompanied by an accurate map of
the township, village or city showing all streets and roads therein with the approximate
location of all buildings, especially indicating factories and office buildings, apartment
houses and other types of large building construction.
