§ 1233-17. Renewals.

Latest version.

Renewals of contracts for fire protection districts shall be made as in the case of original applications. Applications for renewal shall be made not less than 30 days before the expiration date of the existing contract, and renewal payment shall be made not less than 10 days before such expiration date.
