§ 1219-63. Inspection, Safety Provisions.

  • (A)

    If, as a result of an inspection, the fire chief shall find the presence, arrangement or deposit of any substance or device which may be a fire hazard, or which may create danger in case of fire, or which may cause personal injury or loss of life to any person on or in any premises, building or structure, or which may interfere with the fire force in the exercise of its duty, the fire chief shall order such removal, rearrangement or redistribution of such substances and devices as will afford reasonable protection against fire.

    (B)

    If, as a result of an inspection, the fire chief shall find inadequate fire protection appliances, the fire chief shall order such additional fire protection appliances or such correction of existing appliances as will afford reasonable protection against fire.
