§ 1115-03. Changes to Ohio Residential Code Sections.

The following sections of the Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings are changed as part of this Chapter of the Cincinnati Building Code.

1115-03.1 Change Section 910.1, General, to read:

Materials and methods used for repair, replacement or recovering an existing roof shall comply with Sections 910.2 through 910.5.

1115-03.2 Change Section 1101.2, Application, to read:

In addition to the general administrative requirements of Chapter 1101 of the Cincinnati Building Code, the administrative provisions of this chapter shall also apply to the mechanical requirements of chapters 12 through 28.
