§ 1021-7. Review and Comments Prior to Approval.

(a)

The health commissioner shall send copies of applications and items attached thereto, to the appropriate departments for review and comments.

(b)

The health commissioner shall not issue a license unless the applicant is in compliance with all applicable air, building, fire, health, drainage and zoning codes.
