§ 1021-13. Closure Financial Assurance Requirements.

No license to operate or maintain a facility shall be issued under this chapter until the owner or operator of the facility submits: proof of a final closure trust fund as defined in Ohio Administrative Code 3745-27-15(A); or a surety bond as defined in Ohio Administrative Code 3745-27-15(B) or (C); or negotiable certificates of deposit; or proof of final closure insurance as defined in Ohio Administrative Code 3745-27-15(E); or an amount or another form of surety which the health commissioner deems satisfactory.
