§ 1001-21. Collection of Data for Alleged Violations.

  • The city manager, or his or her designee, including HCDES, may order any person who the city manager, or his or her designee, including HCDES, has reasonable cause to believe has been or is causing a violation of any provision of this chapter to report to the city manager or his or her designee, including HCDES, information regarding the alleged violation. The city manager, or his or her designee, including HCDES, shall specify the manner in which the information is to be collected and the form and frequency in which it is to be reported. All persons shall provide all information requested within the time period specified in any such request issued by the city manager, or his or her designee, including HCDES
