§ 879-9. Sale of Drug Paraphernalia to Minors.

No person shall sell, offer to sell, give, deliver or offer to deliver any item of drug paraphernalia in violation of Section 879-7 to any person under 18 years of age where such person knows or should have known in the exercise of reasonable care the age of the person to whom the drug paraphernalia is sold, given, or delivered.
