§ 879-99. Penalties.

Latest version.

Whoever violates Section 879-7 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.

Whoever violates Section 879-9 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, having previously been convicted of a violation of any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
