§ 870-05. Recording of Land Installment Contracts.

(a)

Before the execution of a land installment contract, the vendor shall deliver to the vendee a copy of the current certificate of occupancy.

(b)

Within twenty days after a land installment contract has been signed by both the vendor and the vendee, the vendor shall cause a copy of the contract to be recorded as provided in R.C. 5301.25, and a copy of the contract to be delivered to the county auditor.
