§ 861-7. Issuance of License.

If the director of safety finds that the location of the rink is permissible under the zoning laws and complies with all requirements of public safety and is supplied with sufficient toilet facilities, the director of safety shall grant the application and notify the city treasurer who shall issue the license upon the payment of the proper license fee.
