§ 861-5. Application for License.

Application for a license to operate a skating rink shall be made upon forms provided by the director of safety which shall set forth the name and address of the applicant, the location of the skating rink, the dimensions of the area used for skating purposes, the nature of the skating rink and such other information as shall be required by the director of safety.
