§ 850-1-S. Sidewalk.

"Sidewalk" means that portion of a street between the curbline, or the lateral lines of a street or highway, and the adjacent property lines intended for the use of pedestrians and all elevated public walkway systems and concourses and all vertical means of access and egress including, but not limited to, stairways, escalators and elevators.
