§ 845-55. Noisy Trade Soliciting and Profanity Prohibited.

No city market licensee or any person employed at a city market space shall use profane or abusive language, utter loud cries for the purpose of soliciting trade, or solicit business from other city market licensees by making public statements in the city market about the quality or value of the products or goods of other city market licensees.
