§ 845-43. Limitation on Occupancies.

  • No person shall occupy or have a financial interest in more than 10 city market spaces in the same city market located outside the Findlay Market House, or in more than 2 city market spaces located inside the Findlay Market House, except that the market manager may in his or her discretion authorize use of market space in excess of the limits provided in this section if enforcement of this section would cause market spaces to remain vacant.

    The market manager shall upon 10 calendar days written notice revoke any written agreement to occupy any city market space in excess of 10 city market spaces, whenever a qualified applicant has entered into an agreement to occupy such city market space as provided for in Section 845-13.

    A city market licensee whose license is suspended shall not be entitled to any refund of any rent paid by the city market licensee for the term of the suspension.
