§ 801-29. Child Support Obligations; Non-compliance.

The city treasurer or other issuing authority shall issue no license or any renewal thereof to any person who is, at the time of application or renewal, in default on court-ordered child support obligations.

For the purposes of this section and related sections in Chapter 801 and the Municipal Code, a person will be considered to be in default on court-ordered child support obligations when that person has been declared to be in default by the Child Support Enforcement Agency of Hamilton County.
