§ 801-99. Penalties.

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of Title VIII of the Cincinnati Municipal Code except any provision of Chapter 871 of the Cincinnati Municipal Code or who shall violate any other section of this code dealing with the licensing of occupations, businesses or devices, or with the operation of such licensed occupations, businesses or devices, for which no penalty is specifically provided, shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than six months, or both.
