§ 801-23. Revocation for Fraudulent Representations.

  • If, after a license has been issued, it shall be made to appear to the satisfaction of the city treasurer that the license was procured by fraudulent conduct or false statement of a material fact, or that a fact concerning the applicant not disclosed at the time of making application would have constituted just cause for a refusal to issue such license, the city treasurer may revoke the license. Such revocation shall terminate all authority and permission theretofore granted by the license to the licensee.
