§ 770-1-F1. Fare Medium.

"Fare medium" means a ticket, smart card, pass, coupon, token, transfer, electronic ticket, or other medium sold or distributed by a streetcar transit provider, or its authorized agent, for use in gaining entry to or use of the Cincinnati streetcar transit system facilities or streetcar vehicles.
