§ 770-0. Purpose and Findings.

The purpose of this chapter is to ensure the safety, security, and comfort of the public by prohibiting conduct that unreasonably interferes with the administration and lawful use of the Cincinnati streetcar. The purpose of this chapter is not to punish any person for prior conduct, but, rather, to provide civil and non-punitive regulations city council finds necessary to prevent nuisances and to protect the health, welfare and safety of the public using the Cincinnati streetcar.
