§ 763-5. Prohibition Against Sexual Offenders Residing Near Schools, State-Licensed Childcare Centers, YMCA's or YWCA's, Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, or any Public Recreational Center or Public Swimming Pool Owned or Operated by the City of Cincinnati or its Boards or Commissions.

Unless otherwise authorized by law, no sexual offender shall occupy a residential premises within one thousand feet of any school premises, state-licensed day care center, Y.M.C.A. or Y.W.C.A. facilities, Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, or any public recreational center or public swimming pool owned or operated by the City of Cincinnati or its boards or commissions.
