§ 761-13. Rules and Regulations.

The city solicitor or his or her designee shall establish rules, regulations, and policies for the maintenance of information, notification of violations, determination of when calls for service are counted for purposes of this ordinance, appeals of decisions made, training for police officers or other city personnel, and all other relevant issues necessary for implementation of this chapter.
