§ 729-99. Penalties.

Latest version.

Except where a penalty for a violation of a provision of this chapter is otherwise provided, a person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a Class A Civil Offense as defined by Cincinnati Municipal Code Section 1501-3, and is liable for the civil fine specified in Section 1501-99 for a Class A Civil Offense.
