§ 729-69. Precautions Against Wind Dispersal.

  • All loose waste paper, rags, yard waste, and other waste material of such kind as to be subject to being blown about by the wind or otherwise scattered must be hauled in such manner as not to litter the streets. Such materials shall not be unloaded along the public streets or sidewalks except in bags, boxes, bales or other suitable containers.
