§ 729-1-L. Litter.

Latest version.

For purposes of this chapter, "litter" shall mean any items, including personal property items, left on the sidewalk or street that are not authorized to be deposited on the sidewalk or street by this chapter or any other chapter of the Cincinnati Municipal Code.
