§ 729-1-H. Hazardous Waste.

Latest version.

"Hazardous Waste" shall have the same meaning as set forth in Ohio Revised Code section 3734.01 and shall include waste that has otherwise been identified as hazardous in rules promulgated pursuant to Section 729-81.
