§ 725-5. Urban Renewal Agent.

The city manager is responsible for supervising the urban renewal of this city, coordinating the activities of the city departments, officers, employees, commissions, and boards concerned with such projects, and executing on behalf of the city, as its authorized representative, all applications to the federal government for grants, loans, and advances.
