§ 723-48. Mobile Food Vending; Fees, Term, Transferability.

(a)

A mobile food vendor may apply for a revocable street privileges that runs for either six months or twelve months.

i.

For a twelve-month revocable street privilege, the annual fee shall be $1,000.00. Payment is required prior to issuance of the revocable street privilege. The revocable street privilege shall run for a one-year period which begins on the date the city issues the revocable street privilege.

ii.

For a six-month revocable street privilege, the annual fee shall be $600.00. Payment is required prior to issuance of the revocable street privilege. The revocable street privilege shall run for a one-year period which begins on the date the city issues the revocable street privilege.

(b)

Revocable street privileges for mobile food vendors are non-transferrable and are revocable as provided in this Chapter and Chapter 718 of the Municipal Code.

(c)

Issuance of a revocable street privilege for a mobile food vendor pursuant to this ordinance does not create or confer a property interest of any kind.

(d)

The city may issue no more than 50 revocable street privileges for mobile food vending.
