§ 723-39. Writing, Drawing or Inscribing on Sidewalks Unlawful.

No person shall insert any metal plate, tile or casting into any sidewalk, or write, draw, inscribe, paint or otherwise imprint upon any sidewalk any name, design or other inscription.
