§ 722-1-T. Trenchless Technology.

"Trenchless Technology" means, but is not limited to, the use of directional boring, horizontal drilling, microtunneling and other techniques in the construction of underground portions of facilities which result in the least amount of disruption and damage to rights-of-way as possible.
