§ 721-119. Investigation and Report.

The city engineer shall investigate the feasibility of the proposed opening, having due regard to the safety of the highway and of other adjoining property, public and private.

Upon finding the proposed opening feasible, the city engineer shall require:
(a)

Special conditions and restrictions to be imposed on the applicant for the protection of the highway and other property.

(b)

The estimated total cost of making the proposed opening, including all adjustment and restoration costs.
