The stormwater management utility division of the department of greater Cincinnati
water works of the City of Cincinnati shall have the responsibility for planning,
developing, and implementing stormwater management plans; financing, constructing,
maintaining, rehabilitating, inspecting, and managing existing and new stormwater
facilities; collecting fees and charges for the utility division; implementing and
enforcing the provisions of this code; and other related duties as directed by the
city manager.
The utility division shall be administered by the utility engineer, who shall be the
superintendent of the division's facilities.
