§ 720-1-I1. Intensity of Development Factor (IDF).

"Intensity of Development Factor" shall mean the runoff coefficient or percentage of impervious coverage on or in a lot or parcel of real property. Ten land uses are identified for purposes of this chapter, with an accompanying intensity of development factor ranging from 0.00 for undeveloped lands to 0.85 for commercial development. The numerical value for each such land use is based upon generally accepted engineering standards, review of and application of said standards to local conditions, and analysis of the City of Cincinnati's 1983 photographic land use interpretation study.
