§ 718-3. Revocable Street Privileges, General.

  • The enjoyment of revocable street privileges on, under or over public streets, alleys and ways by abutting owners or others for private purposes shall be subject to regulation and control as provided in this chapter and in Chapter 723 "Streets and Sidewalks, Use Regulations." Nothing in this chapter shall apply to the use of city streets by duly authorized public utility corporations for the furnishing of utility services to consumers in the City of Cincinnati in accordance with regulations established by ordinance. Revocable street privileges may only be granted for the purposes set forth in this chapter and in Chapter 723 "Street and Sidewalks, Use Regulations."
