Except as otherwise provided in Municipal Code Section 723-11, every revocable street privilege shall be subject to revocation by the city manager
or his designee at any time and for any reason on 30 days' prior written notice. Structures
shall be removed within thirty (30) days of the date the notice or revocation was
served in accordance with Sec. 718-21 herein.
