§ 717-5. Convicted Persons Residing in the City.

  • Every person residing within the city who has been convicted, within the immediately prior period of five years, of any offense, as described in Section 717-1 or Section 717-2, shall have on file with the bureau of identification a written statement signed by such person, containing all the information required to be furnished in accordance with Section 717-1 or Section 717-2, together with photograph and fingerprints, as provided by Section 717-3. Such statement shall also set forth the occupation or employment in which such person is engaged, the name of the employer, the business in which the employer is engaged, and the nature and character of the business.
