§ 714-42. Answer to Notice to Owner and Persons in Control.

An owner or person in control served with a written notice pursuant to Section 714-41 may answer the charge in accordance with Section 1501-15 within seven business days of receipt of the notice by the person being charged, and for Initial Violations, may include an offer of proof of correction in accordance with Section 1501-19.
