§ 708-1-B. Firearm.

Firearm shall have the meaning ascribed to the term "firearm" by Ohio Revised Code Section 2923.11, Weapons Control Definitions.

The ownership, possession, purchase, other acquisition, transport, storage, carrying, sale, or other transfer of firearms, their components, and their ammunition within the State of Ohio are regulated by the Ohio Revised Code.
