§ 605-99. Penalties.

Latest version.

No milk or ice cream dealer or distributor shall fall to comply with any provision of Section 605-1, 605-3, 605-5 or 605-7.

Whoever violates any provision of such sections shall be fined not more than $100 for each separate offense.
