§ 605-3. Inspection Charges.

Every owner of a milk or ice cream plant located within the city of Cincinnati, and every owner of a milk or ice cream plant located outside the city of Cincinnati, which handles milk, milk products or ice cream for distribution, in whole or in part within the city of Cincinnati, shall pay to the city treasurer an inspection charge of 3.5 cents for plants located within the city of Cincinnati and 4.0 cents for plants located outside the city of Cincinnati for each 100 pounds of milk received from milk producers having a Cincinnati board of health permit in good standing.
